Vendor Information

Hello prospective vendors,

The 2017 Western Days Celebration in Independence, Oregon is scheduled to be held at Riverview Park on July 1, 2016 through July 4, 2016 (Saturday through Tuesday).

We will be enjoying the spectacular fireworks displays on the nights of July 3rd (Hometown Appreciation Day) and July 4th.

Preparation for the event will begin with vendor trailer deliveries on Friday June 30th, and then continuing the following morning, Saturday July 1st, with setup for all booths.

The carnival will be in operation by 6:00 PM Saturday evening, and all vendors are invited to open their booths at that time if so desired. There will be a church service held in the Amplitheater Sunday morning during which you may also have your booth open if so desired.  While opening booths on Saturday evening and Sunday morning is optional, we will be requiring all booths to be staffed and open for business during the hours listed below.

• Sunday July 2nd:   12:00pm (noon) to 10:00pm
• Monday July 3rd:   12:00pm (noon) to 12:00 am (midnight)
• Tuesday July 4th:  12:00pm (noon) to 12:00 am (midnight)
